We firmly stand behind everything we produce and strive to create only the very best products using the very best materials. Each product has a manufacturing guarantee of 365 days (3 months for monogram).
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship that are a direct result of manufacturing processes and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear.
This is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorised repair.
The gold foil embossing may fade over time. It may also wear when rubbed against other surfaces or when in contact with harsh chemicals, (including perfume) heat and sunlight.
Items that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please double check your initials and personalisation preferences before placing your order – we are not responsible for any typographical mistakes or incorrect embossing selection.
If you believe you have purchased a defective product, please notify us immediately in writing accompanied with photographs (where applicable) to email@example.com
Our customer service team will review the product and if the product is within its 365-day manufacturing warranty (3 months for monogram defects) and is deemed to be a manufacturing fault we will liaise with you to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
Please do not return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage/re-collection costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us.
