Ask Charlie Pancake Recipe

We've teamed up with Ask Charlie to bring you her go-to pancake recipe—simple, delicious, and perfect for a cozy morning in. Whether you're flipping up a feast for the family or indulging in a quiet moment of self-care, this recipe is sure to become a favourite. Let’s get cooking!

Pancake Recipe

Serving size (approx 10 pancakes)

Ingredients 

200g plain flour
Large pinch of salt
550g milk
2 large eggs 

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well, with a hand whisk or blender.
Let it rest for 5 minutes or make it the night before and leave it in the fridge.
Heat a large frying pan, with a teaspoon of oil, I use avocado oil.
I use 2/3 of a ladle per pancake, cook for one minute on each side on a medium/high heat.
I love to serve mine with chopped banana, berries, chopped nuts and maple syrup.
