Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but if for some reason your item is not suitable, you’re welcome to return your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date to receive a refund or within 28 days for an exchange or gift voucher.

Returns postage is at the expense of the customer, we recommend using a tracked delivery service in the event proof of postage is required. Please include all original paperwork with your return and if you require an exchange or refund. 

Our office hours and Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return and refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must include the original paperwork in order for a refund to be applied.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of any packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

We require a proof of purchase in order to proceed with any refund. This is usually an order number provided in your confirmation email upon purchase or a packing note within your received goods.

Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card / bank account.

Any items returned without the original paperwork and order number may not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period.

FOOTWEAR

Are your new loafers a little too tight? If your new loafers arrive and feel a little tight, please remember that they are newly made and straight out of the box. Suede will naturally give after a few wears and the loafers will mould to your feet. These suede loafers are known for being super comfy and offering all day comfort, you will not be disappointed.

A great way to wear in your new loafers for a slightly wider fit is to wear them with a pair of socks around the house, this should slightly widen the fit, after a few hours you should notice a difference.

Extended Returns & Exchanges – 1st Nov to 31st Dec

From the 1st November we offer an extended returns period, anything purchased online between the 1st November and 31st December can be returned by the 31st January.
