Returns & Exchanges – Non Personalised items

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but if for some reason your item is not suitable, you’re welcome to return your purchase within thirty days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please include all original paperwork with your return and if you require an exchange or refund. 

FOOTWEAR only - Please email us at for a free (UK only) return label. Please email with your order number, reason for return or if you wish to exchange. Our office hours and Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Returns from outside of the UK are at the expense of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service in the event proof of postage is required.

To be eligible for an exchange or a return and refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must include the original paperwork in order for a refund to be applied.

Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of any packaging, as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

We require a proof of purchase in order to proceed with any refund. This is usually an order number provided in your confirmation email upon purchase or a packing note within your received goods.

Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card / bank account.

Any items returned without the original paperwork and order number may not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after the specified returns period.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Exchanges – Personalised items

Please note that once an item has been personalised with a monogram, you do not have the right to exchange or return it if it is unsuitable or if you provided incorrect details for personalisation.

We are not liable for accuracy of orders and you should double check your order before finalising. Please be sure of suitability before purchasing.

Once your order has been placed we cannot accept any changes or amendments.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Extended Returns & Exchanges – 1st Nov to 31st Dec

From the 1st November we offer an extended returns period, anything purchased online between the 1st November and 31st December can be returned by the 31st January.
