We work with incredible manufacturers from around the world, many of them small, family-run businesses like us. Each product page provides details on where it’s made. We’re committed to quality, transparency, and sustainability.
Each product page has a handy size chart and size and fit guide to help you pick the perfect size. We recommend giving it a quick read before ordering to ensure the best fit for you. Restocks depend on material availability and production schedules. To be the first to know, sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page by selecting your size and entering your email.
Delivery & returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Delivery options include:
- Royal Mail Standard: 3-5 working days (£3.95 or free on orders over £99)
- Royal Mail Express: 1-2 working days (£4.95)
- Royal Mail Special Guaranteed: Next working day (£9.95)
- UPS International Tracked: 5-7 working days (£29.95)

We don’t currently offer free returns, but exchanges are sent out free of charge. This helps us keep our prices fair and continue supporting our amazing manufacturers whilst continuing to offer our customer fair prices. For more information please click here.
From the 1st December to the 23rd December we offer an extended returns period, anything purchased online between the 1st December and 23rd December can be returned by the 14th January to receive a refund or by the 28th January for an exchange or gift voucher.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order so you know what to expect.

We process refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 48–72 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus shipping charges) and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
If you’re in a hurry to exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please email us at hello@salthouseengland.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
