Restocks depend on material availability and production schedules. To be the first to know, sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page by selecting your size and entering your email.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), on the same day. During peak periods, including Black Friday and Christmas, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

Our pieces are produced in limited runs and stock can move quickly, we're unfortunately unable to offer exchanges. To secure the size or style you'd prefer, please return your original order and place a new order on our website. 

We don’t currently offer complimentary returns, as this allows us to keep our pricing fair while continuing to invest in the quality of our products and support the skilled manufacturers we work with.

For ease, we do provide a prepaid return label through our Returns Portal. Please note, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed.

We process refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 48–72 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (minus shipping charges) and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other customs fees when it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing your order so you know what to expect.

From the 1st December to the 23rd December we offer an extended returns period, anything purchased online between the 1st December and 23rd December can be returned by the 14th January to receive a refund or by the 28th January for an exchange or gift voucher.
