Returns must be registered via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

A prepaid return label is available via the portal; the cost will be deducted from your refund.

"I’m a size 14 but larger around the bust so purchased a Large, size 16-18. Fits lovely, I prefer a slightly looser fit so I know I can layer up underneath in the colder months without feeling too restricted & tight. It’s a gorgeous colour, lovely thick warm cosy addition to the wardrobe. Will be 100% be purchasing another colour."

"Such lovely quality and the deep red burgundy is a lovely strong colour. I will be getting the same in duffle. I got 16-18 although am a Standard size 14, I am 5’8 so it’s the right length. The other thing I think is amazing is the customer service. I kept one item and returned one and the courier that I chose delivered the wrong parcel. The courier company needed all sorts of photos to ‘prove’ what had mistakenly been sent and Salthouse obliged even though none of it was their error at all. I can’t see a Big company taking so much effort for a return! Thank you Salthouse."

"I am so pleased with this top. I don’t normally spend loads on my clothes but took a chance on this top as I really liked the style and colour. I am so pleased I went for it, the quality is fantastic, it puts my other tops to shame 😂 I feel I can wear this for years without it loosing shape etc so it’s well worth the money. I am very tempted to order another in a different colour! I am a size 12 so ordered medium (12-14) and it fits perfect with a bit of room which is what I like in a sweat top.
